Make the workplace safer by reducing cut injuries from from Excell tape dispenser with the FredTech self closing blade guard. The guard that comes on these Excell tape dispensers have to be manual raised up to cover the blade and are often left down, resulting in the blade being exposed and causing injuries.

The FredTech guard install in the back of the tape dispenser by drilling a 1/4" hole for provided hardware. The guard uses gravity to be self closing and to cover the blade at all times. Depending on which dispenser you have, the arms of the guard itself can interfere with the base of the dispenser, acting as a limiter so the guard cant be opened to far to where it stays up or falls backwards. Other dispensers where the base is even with the dispenser itself require additional hardware to be installed (not provided) to act as a limiter if you desire.
